I have recently completed a recruitment process that was led by Sandra Moore for the position of CEO with the Benjamin Foundation. As a candidate, the process I experienced was rigorous, relevant and well structured. I felt that the mix of assessment components gave all candidates every opportunity to showcase respective competencies and capabilities to help the organisation to make a significant decision.
What particularly struck me was Sandra’s ability to make me feel at ease and give a compelling account of myself while very skilfully probing my responses, having actively listened to what I had said. Sandra was able to give me constructive feedback after each stage of the process and very cleverly got me to reflect on my own performance.
My recruitment experience with Sandra was appropriately challenging, very well delivered and surprisingly enjoyable.
