Cottrell Moore was founded in 2009 by Sandra Wilson (née Moore) and Juliet Cottrell. We recognised that truly talented people, whatever their role, are the key to a successful business. So the ambition was to create a bespoke service, offering the combined services of HR, Recruitment and Training & Development for businesses of any size, sector or location throughout the UK. The concept of People Professionals began. By offering the whole combination of people services, not just one part of it, ensures we can offer our clients support within the whole employee cycle to ensure that they can then spend their time on what they do best.

Cottrell Moore has worked with large organisations like EE (mobile network operator which is a brand within the BT Group) running their recruitment assessment centres each month, to small entrepreneurial businesses that may only require the recruitment of one person a year.
